Nothing against the proprietor of this location, but I had a blowout during my 1,500 mile journey from Arkansas to Massachusetts. The U-Haul roadside assistance team was great and found yet another bulging tire on the trailer and replaced that one as well, so the trailer now has two new tires on it. The staff at the drop-off location were shocked at the lack of maintenance on the trailer that was rented to me.

MARK HHad actually made a reservation at another place, they were not there at the appointed time nor did they appear to have the box truck I reserved. Called this place and they were able to work with me and get me set up with half and hour. He was very professional and accommodating and I will be using this place in the future.
