Gerold MCustomer service through corporate needs to so much better than sending me to 3 different locations for the truck. Then the truck had a tail light out so thankfully I had someone following me. The place I got it from was super nice and helpful and I would recommend going to him. Corporate is a joke and owe me money for the hassle and run around and the lady I talked to in Little Rock does not need a job where she speaks and treats people the way she did. I will not ever deal with Uhaul again bc of her and what I went through but this gentleman and this place was nice and friendly.
