We were under the impression that the truck would be available at the Smithers, BC pick up location but when we went to pick it up we were informed that it was located at the Houston, BC location. This essentially meant we lost the entire afternoon for loading the truck as we had to travel to Houston and back to pick up the truck. Had we been informed earlier, we could have adjusted our moving plans so picking up the truck was not such a disruption. There were no messages on the U-Haul app that the truck was not located in our town.
