Houston service was great. Uhaul app was a pain and took 2 hours away from my life. If there are other moving truck companies out there use them not uhaul. Not transparent either. Picked up a truck empty on gas, told to return it empty, out way more gas in then required then gor a bill as I didn't return it with 1/4 of a tank. Crap company
