Great location attendants were very nice. I definitely would call before hand before renting if you like in person interaction.
Daryl WUpon arrival there is no way into the store, only a posted number that was however answered within the first 2 rings. The trailer drop off area was a separate lot from the main U-Haul address, and it took about 20 minutes for help to arrive there to assist me in taking the trailer off. Service was very friendly despite the odd shop conditions and wait time.
KARL HThe location doesn't have parking for equipment and I have to drive 5 or 6 blocks for another parking lot. The person was very rude when asking for my receipt and refused tell me his name. Of course I will never back to this place. Thanks for your attention.
JORGE AThe truck was absolutely amazing with no issues. On the other hand the location was a disaster. I could not even take all the pictures necessary to return the van as stray pitbulls were roaming the property barking at me and I did not feel safe. This area is not conducive to a late night drop off after a long day of moving and needs to be solved.
