The site is not well maintained, ramshackle building, dirt driveway, no room to maneuver vehicles. The trailer was unsecured. Two dogs on chains at the back of the property. No personal on site. Had to call to find out which trailer to get, was advised to hook trailer up and take photo and attach to text message. Had to obtain a wiring harness from another trailer. No safety inspection done.
