move to a better site-no room, was a cluster

MARTIN G2 rentals were changed, moved on me last minute to different location far away, even though I picked a confirmed size off truck with the $50 guarantee. I ended up being able to pick up the sized truck I booked at the location but at a later part or the day. When picking up they did not have the furniture covered I had booked and first they also did not have the dolly that I booked, which later they had found one. Very disappointing experience if you book a guaranteed truck size and the accessories and it is changed on you twice + not all accessories are available. Still waiting on the $50 reservation guarantee refund.
Andreas BDrop off was amazing. I let them know i couldn't drop the tow hitch, they immediately came out and assisted. WELL DONE!
