They forgot to include the dolly.
Brian BThe staff were friendly and prompt and the truck seemed in good order, but it broke down later on the same day I was driving it. I had to call Roadside Assistance, and I was assisted promptly by Uhaul. However, I have to give a lower rating for the pickup location because it seemed that necessary checks were not made either here or at the other Uhaul location at Beltway Southwest where I picked up the Load Share U-Boxes I towed for a portion of my trip, to check if the truck was fit to drive a long distance and tow. The check engine light went on soon after I started driving, and the engine continued to have issues, and later when the truck was towed they also found a flat tire.
Kate PThe equipment was dirty, the women working there were smoking outside next to the gas, they were cussing and very rude to customers when they left.
