I want to acknowledge that your U-Haul representative was amazing—easygoing and very helpful. I would give him 5 stars! However, I was very frustrated with your computer system, which was incredibly slow. I reserved my truck online the night before and filled in all the necessary information to avoid waiting at the counter on the day of my pickup. Unfortunately, all that effort was wasted. When I arrived at the counter, the system was so slow that the poor young man had to re-enter all my information. I waited over 30 minutes to get my truck, even though I was the first customer there. The system operated at a snail's pace, and the wait time was far from what I expected. I had to start over and provide all the information again that I had already submitted the night before. This situation needs to be addressed and upgraded somehow. It not only makes your employees' jobs more difficult, but it also frustrates your valued clients.
Fronnie FOnly problem is that when I refueled, the gas meter apparently was stuck so that I filled the entire tank instead of just filling it up to a three-quarter tank limit that I received the trick with. I spent more money than I had to. I would like a refund if possible for the extra amount of gas that I paid, especially now with gas prices so high.
GEORGE AEmployee was about 10 min late to work. I understand; it happens. But she never acknowledged it and the fact that I was waiting for her, even while I had to continue waiting for her to login to the system, etc. I don’t believe that is great customer service.
