This is the best U Haul experience I've ever had. I'm 71 years old and the people working there were the best. Even the office area was very clean.. Very professional and respectful and checked out the trailer completely and did their job in good time.. Used my name as a repeat customer Asked open questions to find out my overall needs. Really listened and reflected back to a summary of my needs. Appeared genuinely interested in me well as my situation. Picked up seamlessly from a previous team members conversation with me. Demonstrated empathy when i shared a difficult or poor experience. Went out of their way to find the best solution for the me.
James RThey were very quick and helpful, I had a walk in but they took care of me as if it was a reservation, will be coming back here again
VON CGive me a better truck because the key switch was broken the brakes were hard to push the transmission it was some things I didn’t like
