I reserved at the location near me as usual. As I was traveling to pick up the trailer I noticed that my pickup location had been changed. I called that location to verify hours and availability. It was almost 39 minutes out of my way, it was 2 hours before closing that I finally had a contract. I asked if o could drop off at the closer location, unsure if I could return on time, was told yes. This I did, although the near location was also closed, I took pictures and left the contract in the drop box as instructed. I received a call 2 days later asking about the trailer location. I informed them of my activities, they said I would have to pay extra for not returning to the pickup location I spite of our communications on that at rental. I would not rent it recommend the Harrisburg location for these reasons!
