Excellent service by the personel at this location.
Michael PI booked and confiremed the location for San Jan. street, I called to confirm the trailer was there the customer service rep was nice and said it was not at their location yet; however not to worry and would be there Sunday morning. I received a text message from U-Haul on Saturday morning with a different address to pick up the trailer. So I called the location to verify the trailer was at their location. They said yes it was there. I said okay we will be there ar 9 am on Sunday for pick up, the rep stated they are not open on Sundays........ So we had to change our pick up date to Sat. and pick it up a day early and try to find a place to park it downtown for a night which cost us $60 more dollars in parking SO DISAPPOINTED!
