I booked and confiremed the location for San Jan. street, I called to confirm the trailer was there the customer service rep was nice and said it was not at their location yet; however not to worry and would be there Sunday morning. I received a text message from U-Haul on Saturday morning with a different address to pick up the trailer. So I called the location to verify the trailer was at their location. They said yes it was there. I said okay we will be there ar 9 am on Sunday for pick up, the rep stated they are not open on Sundays........ So we had to change our pick up date to Sat. and pick it up a day early and try to find a place to park it downtown for a night which cost us $60 more dollars in parking SO DISAPPOINTED!

WALTER WI wold like to see more clarification and information from the person making the contract I didn’t have my reeding glasses and the print on the contract is so small that I didn’t pay attention to the time to bring it back, I make sure that Alex knew that I was bringing it back the next day and he agreed, but letter that day I received a message stating that I needed to return the trailer at 3:20pm which I saw till 8:00 PM because I was working on my yard. The next day I spoke to Luna, employee of the place where y rented and she assured me that everything was ok, I returned the trailer at 9: 00 AM. Later I was charged an additional 21 and change. To this date Friday 6, 2026 I haven’t received that money back. Luna has. Being very helpful trying to fix the issue. My name Joel Cortina 713-934-7221 Thanks
