The customer service is excellent at this location. I personally have not seen better at any other location. Frankie, the customer service representative was welcoming, respectfully courteous, and efficient. The young man has great work ethics. I have visited this store numerous times in the past and the experience has always been excellent. The store manager always extends an additional welcome to the customers. Best location ever, in my opinion. Keep up the good work!

The customer service was horrible. First they didn't put my equipment I paid for in the truck. I had an issue with the truck because online it doesn't tell you details about the truck and I've never had to wonder if the truck came with a loading ramp. I would think a moving truck comes with one. I called customer service and they said sorry we don't have that info online but that particular truck didn't have a ramp. So I called the location I went to and it was the worst service ever!! The young man that started working at 2:00pm answered the phone and was rude and became very rude and unprofessional as I tried to explain my situation with him all while I am grieving and just trying to get stuff done. He lack customer service which is apart of his job and he had no sympathy nor empathy! He showed poor customer service skills and reflected the company poorly with customer service and integrity. I will never go to that location again!
The staff aren't wearing masks. They try degrading customers who are trying to do self return who want to limit their interactions with people. The truck itself needed washed outside and needed the windshield properly cleaned with something that doesn't streak. Tried to communicate that and one staff member and it turned into a lecture of why I should not use the online service.
Employee was rude and racist towards me and other customers in store whom were not black. This was the second time I had an issue with same employee. I called Managment and let him know of incident and he said he would talk to him. I was very upset and could not return trailer so I had my husband go and miss work. I did get information of the other 2 customers in case they needed me to be a witness to their horrible treatment.

Engage the customer when the customer enters the building. Perhaps saying hello or I be right with you, go's along way! When a customer is asking a question don't walk away while your answering the question, instead stop look at the customer and engage in the question being asked. walking away is very unprofessional. I will not return to this location because they made me thing that I'm not important enough, so I'll give my money elsewhere.
The trailer did another of bouncing and was unstable while driving. The is the second trailer I rented and had the same problem. I believe the hitch neck needs a better design.
Change the employees you have. They were very rude and disrespectful . The two young dudes were very rude and disrespectful to me and my mother will never rent from uhaul again.especially the monroe location in houston tx

When i went to reserve the truck. It said that i could not reserve a a cargo van or regular pick up truck because they had limited availability. So i went with the smallest truck the site would let me reserve. I used the truck for two hours and brought it right back. Just for that, it cost me $140 dollars. Thats way to expensive, in my opinion. But other than that, everything was great. Also thought it was odd that I had to return it to a different location than where i picked it up at.
Get better employees. You have racist employees who are worthless.

Excellent customer service
I was charged 3 separate times and when i called they told me they told me the money would be on hold and take up to 3-5 business days for my bank to release. Meantime the money i had left to buy food for my son was eaten because of the 3 charges. So my son has to wait 3-5 business days to eat
Make sure the trucks are in good running condition with no oil leaks and no warning lights on.
Although the truck was clean and the staff was polite and took care of me quickly, the truck wasn't well maintained.. The stirring had a lot of play in it and the dashboard indicator lights went out several times and the gears were difficult to operate.
