The manager was very thorough and professional, even though she was navigating the store on crutches. I was very pleased with the transaction.
MICHAEL HThe location was "open" but no one was actually there. I called the phone number listed and it was for a person who was at a restaurant across the street! The location is part of small building complex that is actually burned out with an open roof and garbage spread about.

Yeison IThis location is right off a major road, which was convenient, but there was no one inside in case I had questions, luckily, I did not and was able to do the self-drop off and leave the key in the slot through the front door. The area has a lot of homeless people watching as you are doing your drop off. I followed the app, did my part, but overall, a sketchy area that does not even look like a u-haul drop off. I was able to figure it out because there was one other uhaul truck there.
