The location was difficult to access. Confusion concerning my rental. I was told that the truck was not available for a one way trip. Eventually the situation was resolved although the truck was not in good condition. The brakes were very weak and the check engine light was on for the entire trip. Please ensure that vehicles are safe and that customer service is improved at this location.

Nothing great service at this location.
Rachel NThe truck we were given had multiple issues with it. Emergency break, stuck and locked position driver side review mirror not secured. Truck was filthy inside and gas tank was on empty. Luckily there was another truck available, but when I asked the person working if I would receive another text message with a link to upload photos, he had no idea what I was talking about. I never received the text, therefore could not take photos prior to move this delayed us by an hour.
