Evertime I rent something I have to do it my self because they are not there or ihave to download the equipment my self they are supposed to do the download not me.

I had reservations upon pick up I had to wait 30 minutes for them to clean the truck. The owner stated the speedometer didn’t work but he reset the tachometer to record my miles after returning on time I was charged $300 for miles I did not drive. Have sent emails to Uhaul, the phone number for location I rented from is out of service. Still waiting on a response
Chenita WI was scammed by the dealer. Do not trust these people they will lie forge your signature and charge you more than once.
BRYONNA GUm the tank said close to empty but when I went to fill the tank it would click...like it was full? Very confusing...idk.
