Make sure equipment is in good shape and, make sure the customer is not stranded and ignored like I was. Temp was 98 degrees and I was left with a bad tire 45 min, then a blown tire for 40 min!

The truck wa splay. A little dirty and had cigarette butts in the ashtray. And I was charged for furniture pads and a dolly that I didn’t use and were in the truck strapped down when I picked it up. Overall I was happy till I got my receipt. Now I’m pissed and will be making sure everyone knows that just because it’s in the truck means YOU RENTED IT. even if you didn’t use it or remove the green U-Haul zip tie seals.

Well My Straps where not tight on my tires, when the Gentleman hooked it all up, so they fell off the tires, and I was headed to Midland Tx this morning.

The trailer was infested with ants. They were on the outside and we thought we got them all off before putting our belongings inside. When we parked for the night, the next morning, our car and half of our boxes were filled with ants. Also, the Uhaul dropped the ball with our reservation. No one ever called us to confirm. I went to the location to pick up the trailer and they didn’t have it. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.

Truck wasnt clean. A/C stopped working. July weather so was very hot. Passenger door cannot be unlocked with key nor can it be unlocked from driver side door. Have to lean over from driver side & pull inside handle to unlock. Very inconvenient.

The trailer I rented when we got home and open the door to load the stuff in was full of ants we tried to sweep them out and thought we got it them all but when we got to the wedding to unload all the wedding stuff the next day all the stuff had ants all in them I would not recommend this location they need to inspect there trailers before they rent them I know if I have to rent one again I will be sure to look for bugs .

We had been to three other places before this one. The other places were rude, did not honor my reservation and rented out my reservation in front of me. Terrible you all don’t regulate these places that have your name on them! SHAME ON YOU!

Very rude and unorganized gave me one truck that was nice at time of rental called and requested I bring that truck back and get another because he gave us the wrong truck. The second truck was horrible and very old we moved 30 miles had truck 6 hours returned the same day. The was charged for damage to the truck that should never be on the road it is dangerous. I was not given any documentation of the charges I was charged for and truck was not on the location for me to view the damages that I was charged for I kept it 6 hours on Saturday the 22nd of June. I have 9 witnesses of which one is also a U-Haul establishment that did not have a large truck available at his location (Cubby Hole USA, Texarkana, TX), that the truck was returned in the same condition with the same fuel level as rented. Horrible experience and very costly...I will never step foot in this establishment and would advise anyone to stay away from Bubba Green he is a crock that is representing U-Haul

When I got the truck I made one trip (I was charged for 2 trips) well the truck started running funny & the check engine light came on. This location didn't help me at all, he said take it back to the other location I picked it up from & if I broke down to call roadside assistance. So basically no one cared that I had a scrappy truck that ran bad. When I returned it I put more gas in it than what was in it before I picked it up & I still was charged for more gas. They said it had a 1/4 of a tank & that is incorrect & they don't seem to care that I'm out of $40 on top of driving a crappy & very bad running truck.
