Yolanda was awesome. She helped me and my son when the place down the street was rude to us. I went back the next day and rented a van and she was awesome again. Great customer service and very professional. The truck I rent and can I rented were in good shape. Will come here for my storage and truck needs in the future.

As I returned the vehicle on time, I walked in the office to return the keys. The lady acknowledged me as she was tending to a Hispanic lady. Then a white man entered in the office to return his vehicle. When the office lady finished with the Hispanic lady, she skips me and ask the white gentleman can she help him. He had to tell her that I was first and he was last. In times like this we still have to deal with being overlooked and put to last because of your race. I will make sure my experience is shared about the people who is franchising representing U-HAUL

There was a small half eaten bag of Doritos under the passenger seat when I got it. I forgot to throw it away after I noticed it and was worried they might think I left trash. But all was good. Prob still there, lol. Staff was friendly! And very quick. Would def recommend and use again.

The General Manager altitude is the worst and her explanation of your corporate guidelines could definitely use some coaching. As for the President over this GM refuses to answer in a timely manner after 3 customer calls to her work mobile and need be more effective with customer calls. If this is an example of your organization I much rather take my business elsewhere next time.

Professional . Helpful. Friendly . Mirror on passenger side was nearly unusable. IMHO It should be checked for adjustment. I am 6-5 so may be a factor. I made certain not to back up during entire rental. Poor viewscape made this very unsafe. Mirror points to pavement and rear bumper 90%. NO view anywhere beyond 30 ft behind truck. Driver side mirror was perfect. . A/C was cold. Radio was awesome. Ready clean prompt and prepared as promised.

Revise the web site to make it clear that returns of certain vehicle classes must be done at the renting location. The web site led me to believe I could return the van to another U-Haul whose location I entered in the drop-off box on the web site. When I picked up the van, however, I was told I had to drop off the van at the location I rented from. This resulted in the cost of van being about 40% higher than the estimated price. On the plus side, the manager was extremely helpful, and she tried to help me as best as she could. It was not her fault the system is a train wreck.

The high tech van rental process was difficult for the staff to use. When returning the van, I was not given a paper receipt for charges. Was told receipt would be e-mailed to me, but it did not come. Another problem with your high tech system? I will need to go back today to get a paper copy of the receipt- if that is possible.
