Uhaul staff from UHAUL.com called at 6:45 day before rental to tell me I could not pick up any truck at Magnolia Circle S hardware. Very disappointing after having a reservation for 4 weeks. Was sent to Tomball Store & More where a nice young man tried desperately to help my husband find a new truck. Meanwhile, I was on the phone with local Uhaul scheduling in Houston, and Sharee Morris was an angel! She found us a smaller truck five minutes away from (Tomball), and ensured they held it while my husband got there. Many thanks to Miss Morris for her Excellent customer service! She saved the day!

The dolly was not included and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to remove the charge. I had to pay for it anyway just to close out. Please have someone contact me to fix this.
