Customer service, communication with customer, staff training to better explain products and services to customers and not assume everyone knows how uhaul works. Better maintenance of your truck. The truck was not well maintained and it made the entire driving horrible.

The equipment was in great condition (5x8 Trailer). The only oversight was that a pallet was left in there from the previous renter, I suppose. This was an oversight, on my behalf, as well, since I was in a hurry to rent it, and did not think to open trailer, before leaving the property. I kindly told the staff when I returned. He was apologetic. The staff was courteous and helpful. Easy Rental!!


Unprofessional demeanor from ALL the staff. From the everything after the first greeting. There's an “us vs. them” attitude with the entire staff which leads me to believe it's a management/owner issue. If you desire an in depth review you may contact me at 713-714-1636. The cost/price of the van was correct and expected nothing wrong at all. It's the personal people skills at this location specifically that reflects poorly on your brand.


Overall the experience is great but I think it'll be amazing if they can check it thoroughly. Left side mirror was loose and I had to constantly adjust while driving. Second truck I rented the dolly was loose and had to let them know I didn't use the dolly.

This location has the WORST customer service ever. I use Uhaul quite often but at this specific location we had a Hispanic lady employee who had an attitude and was rude. When my mother spoke up about her rudeness she got up and left us during the transaction. The manager on duty came to tend to us and apologized for the employees rudeness. Also when we picked up the cargo van, the gas was lower than half tank and when we brought the van back to be dropped off the employees ignored my mother for 10 minutes due to them just talking with one another. I asked if I was finished and the man said yes. They need to do better with dealing with customers and be attentive.

My u haul truck was dirty the top had some things sticky on top and the guy just blow it and didn't sanitize a truck after was used we put the gas where he was at the guy told us to go put another $5 and they filled up the the truck we didn't have a full tank of gas when we picked it up we showed him the picture on the phone and he said no it has to be full that's a rip-off wonder how many more people he does at 2 and we told him about the stains on the top of the truck is like if he didn't even care what does virus going around everything's supposed to be sanitized after somebody uses it all he did was blow it and he put it back in the front ready to be used a check in was very nice the two ladies that were there was great great customer service

I went to three different locations to pick up a trailer. The first one, I was told that beggars can't be choosers and that if I wanted a trailer I would have to drive half an hour to pick it up. The second location had two workers who made it evident that it bothered them that I came into the store to ask for a rental. They were on their phones and extremely short. Finally the place I picked up from had a worker who kept asking me if I was sure my vehicle was in good working condition. He said others lied and they can't rent to people with vehicles that are not in working order. He kept trying to hurry me because they closed at 5pm. It was 4:30. This experience has made me never want to use this service again.

I booked online. Big mistake. It linked me to a location that doesn't have much inventory and not the trailer I needed. After phone calls, indefinite holds, and more phone calls, I'm finally confirmed with John Pena. I arrived at 8:00 AM as scheduled and find a guy named Tyrin behind the counter. I gave him my name and he says I don't see you in here. I then ask if John is in, because he's aware I'm coming in. Tyrin tells me he's upstairs. Then says your appointment ain't until 9:00. I said no, I booked for 8:00 AM, I called and confirmed. Then the he says you asked for John so you have to wait. Sure enough I had to wait for John to come outside. He was excellent. Tyrin needs to be fired.

The employee told me to unhook the trailer myself because he did not want to do the work. He had already don't a lot of work that day and he worked three jobs Including Uhaul. Insisted no one worked as hard as him. I told him I wanted to return boxes with the buyback program and he initially told me he couldn't and asked if I had bought them at that location. Seemed like he didn't want to do it out of pure laziness. Seemed like he didn't want the job in the first place. I would be happy to identify him so you can let him go.


The Bellaire location was fine, the issue I have is that I placed a reservation a week before I needed the trailer and to be picked up a few miles away in Manvel, Tx. The afternoon of the pickup date, I get a call saying the trailer I reserved was damaged and not available. I am told the closest trailer is 20 miles away in West Houston. I spend my time and money to travel to West Houston to get the trailer and find that the trailer I am to get has been rented. The worker at the Bissonett location called around to several locations before talking with the Bellaire location which had a trailer. I then had to drive another 10 miles out of my way to pick up the trailer and then when I was done drive 30 miles out of my way to return it. The whole experience

SCAM ARTISTS !!! Charge for gas when it was full, charge over and above daily rate. What a bunch of BULLoney ! DO NOT USE UHAUL, They will haul you over the coals !!! Negative stars!! Won't see me again.


I was overcharged on my bill for a dolly. I didnt know if I brought truck and equipment back early I would be charged. This was crazy! When did yall start charging people $20 for being early! Other than that I appreciate the truck being available to lease and the guy that took care of me was sooooo awesome! Great customer service.

Do something about the cost. Most especially on the gas refill. Unfortunately on my own case, I mistakenly refill more than enough gas on the vehicle when I returned. I expect uhaul to credit me back on the excess gas.
