Staff is rude and disrespectful, they turn customers away just to leave on time, without giving alternative ways to rent a truck. When I asked for a truck, they said it's too late to rent a truck (this was at 6:40 and they close at 7) when I told them I called 5 min ago and you said come in, they said it takes too long. I ask for the supervisor he got mad, he said my supervisor is gunnu tell you the same thing. After going back and forth, he says I don't have a truck available, then he said he only has pick up trucks, until the supervisor came out and gave me damn truck left the location at 7:40. Never getting a uhaul again!

An employee lost the truck keys and I was being charged as if I hadn’t turned the truck in. Then I was called two days later asking for the keys. There were more issues but I’ve already addressed them

regretfully I have to say several word. when I went to receive equipment at 9 AM on Sunday, your employee behavior was very burring with us. at first we thought we had came at curt an we are guilty. when we came back to delivery equipment afternoon it was good.

1) Add "ensure inside windshield glass is clean" to pre-rental equipment checklist. 2) Add "ensure cargo deck is clean" to pre-rental equipment checklist. While it looked like the box had been swept out by the last user, there was a lot of dirt on the deck that could not be swept away - I had to use a mop (sticky spills - like soft drinks)

This was my first experience renting a UHaul and sad to say I will never rent from UHAUL again. I was already having a terrible day with having to cancel movers, losing my ID and the overrall stress of moving after a long work day. I reserved a UHAUL via mobile to make the reservation and process quick. It was a long and daunting embarrassing process. The mobile reservations was canceled and the agent at a UHAUL location was closing and was unable to help us. She also told us why our mobile reservation was canceled and after being embarrassed I thanked her for her help and left to find another UHAUL in my location already upset. I found another location, yet unfortunately they didn’t have the truck I needed and I was forced to pay for a more expensive and oversized truck. The light on the truck didn’t work. The dolley I paid and rent for appliances I didn’t use. I also paid for insurance for the truck thinking it can help with roadside assistance for the unthinkable to happen. And of course the worst thing happens. Keys get locked in the truck. Roadside assistance don’t cover that. Calling UHAUL roadside assistance already made me feel uncomfortable by directing me to go online for a quicker response. That’s why I called the roadside assistance direct line to have that option to speak with an agent. After reaching an agent name LaTrina who was very rude and not informative or willing to assist, I made the decision I would never rent from UHAUL again. I really feel there is a disconnect with online, corporate and your UHAUL locations. I felt like I wasted so much money and was not vauled as a customer from the company.

I am very displeased with my experience, I was Inconvenienced not one not twice but three times on picking up my rental and I was only comp 50 buck considering the traveling I had to go to I should have been comp mileage as well. I will not be using Uhaul again !!!!! Or reffering anyone !!!!!!!

I spoke with a representative after I made the reservation for a 17ft and needed to change to 20ft she stated that she would give it to me for the same price of $29.95, and then the phone disconnected. i tried to call right back but then ending up getting a male representative and he stated that he seen her notes regarding the 20ft for $29.95. Once I get to Dairy Ashford location the representative their stated that there were no notes on the account, and the truck was basically on empty. Poor customer service and no I would not use UHAUL again

It was my first time renting a uhaul truck and it was the worst experience. They didn't check that truck when they gave it to me. It was dirty, the dolly was unlocked, and it had a dent and now they are trying to blame us for that. I spoke to someone who had no intention of helping me who was just plain rude! Don't rent truck if you don't want to be blame for something you didn't do. They are just trying to steal my money. It's their job to check the truck not mine. STAY AWAY save your money and troubles from this place.

I explained to the manager Cindy the the amount of gas was not correct she did not change it in the system and told me to take a pic and she will correct upon return i explained to her I was returning at another uhaul she stated I will take care of it . She did not and I was charged 40 for having not returned truck with correct amount of gas . When I called her she stated call where you returned truck and have him call me I had to call him take time out of my day for hoby to tell me to call a manager who did not answer I left a message and I was told it will take 5-7 days for my money to be returned if she would have did her job I would BOT BE WAITING ON MY MONEY OR HAVING TO CALL 3 people to explain something I tried to correct I initially very disappointed moving is already hectic and stressful and expensive and this just added to my stress

Your gasoline policy is a problem. The cost of for being short is too much. I return the truck with more gas than I started with, 1/4 of a tank. The truck should be full of gas when received and if not returned full, than apply a charge. I paid about $15.00 more than I should have becauseI returned the truck 1/2 full of gas.
