Very friendly, fast and helpful

The customer service I was offered when I first wanted to rent the unit was great. However, some customer feedback for you that may help you because it probably means I won’t be using this location again. The door to my unit did not fully open from when I first rented it and I was told by two members of staff that a work order would be in place to fix it. This made moving challenging because we kept having to prop the door up. I came back twice to ask for this to be resolved and it never was. Needless to say I was able to work around it but for the inconvenience it didn’t leave me feeling positive. If it takes two months for a work order to be put it and it doesn't get fixed, it doesn't make me feel I'll be recommending it to another person.

Customer service from woman was not good at all first impression.

Everything was great just hated the location and area of Alief.

The individuals running the shop aren't professional and act like they don't know how to properly conduct business. I had to send an email to ensure that they removed me from their storage log once I moved out. Took them approximately 20 days and they tried to charge me. Someone should make sure they aren't taking advantage of Customers.

elevator dirty, dark hallways, light sensors did not work. I let office know multiple times

I will use it again if I need a storage facility.

This place was the worst place ever and would never rent from this place again. The faculty was ok except the girl names Cynthia she was really mean and rude and caught an attitude with the customers.

I left due to the fact it was not climate controlled. The light sensor come on as you are leaving. I paid for the month of May, moved out a week later. Still got sent an auto draft. Need new staff.

Not a good experience with this place at all. I will never go there or recommend this place to anyone.

There was only one thing wrong. Some things were damp and moldy but that could have been from Harvey with power down or just a lot of excess moisture.

The office is still contacting me about reoccurring billing for a storage I moved out of a month ago.

The only issue I have is that I closed out the storage unit on 3-25-19 and didn't receive the email confirming the account was closed until 4-7-19. Also not given a prorated refund.

Was told I would have access to my unit until 10 PM. Came at 6 on a Sunday and could get no access and no one to help me for over an hour. Manager not reachable. I had an 8 PM move out deadline missed

The Managers where very helpful and nice. loved this location. will return agian.

Unfortunately I had some bad experience with location. 1st, my storage was block by AC unit so wasn’t able to get my belongings. 2nd, when I finally moved out of storage and I told the GM days later

After years of having an internal climate controlled unit my unit received significant water. I lost so much. Insurance is useless they don’t call you back. Very poor quality of service.

Housed my few precious Harvey remanents.
