I don't have any complaints about this drop-off location itself. My frustration is entirely with U-Haul's customer service and policies. I spent over an hour on the phone with U-Haul between long hold times, being transferred from one person to another, and even having calls disconnected. I was simply trying to get a clear answer about my drop-off location, and no one could give me one. Now I'm being charged an additional $333 for dropping the truck off at what they say was the wrong location. After everything I went through trying to get help, that charge feels completely unreasonable. This entire experience—from the pickup issues with the app to the lack of customer support and now this unexpected fee—has been incredibly frustrating. Because of this experience, I'll be going out of my way to avoid using U-Haul in the future, and I won't hesitate to share my experience with others.

Nothing after using several locations in Paris, the Novus Glass location is by far the best and my go to from now on.
