Discontinue using this location for UHaul pickup!!!! The employees of this store are so rude, not helpful and had NO CLUE what they were doing!!! Order #87632188 was reserved on 8/16, online, ahead of time like I have always done. After the pickup location was changed a couple times, we went to pick up the trailer and the location we were sent to was horrible. I went inside to check out the trailer and they would not, said they could not, look up my order and continued to start an entire order from the beginning. Order #89313296 was created by the store. Golfcrest Hardware was the pickup location. I called all morning to make sure the trailer was at the location before driving up there, their online hours showed they should have been open but was not able to talk to anyone until 11 am. When I arrived, between 3 employees it seemed none of them knew what they were doing with the Uhaul order website and were so rude. I kept telling them that I had already reserved it, paid for it, and entered in all of the information for the final destination online, that I did not have that info on me because I entered it online and was not able to login because there was no service in the store. They just kept insisting they could not look up a reservation that was made online. It was a sketchy area, sketchy store and I did not want to hand over a credit card to them when I had already entered it online. The male that seemed in charge told me I wasn't getting the trailer unless I gave them my drivers license and credit card. After handing all of that over and getting a confirmation text, they refused to print me a receipt, the process set me back about 45 minutes, just inside the store. I asked him to show me where the trailer was and he said 'across the street, I am not walking out there, just load it up' He refused to walk outside to show me which one. The lot he had the uhaul equipment on was over grown, tall grass and across the street from his store. It was the most horrible experience with picking up a trailer. In my opinion, uhaul should not be in business with this store, at all.
