I was disappointed in the pricing. They charge a base price but with all the add ons it was too expensive.

We walked all the way up to the office but it was closed. Would have been good to know we did it all using the app. There was no personnel.
KATHLEEN HGot wrong Passcode and spent 1 hr and then received the right code from customer support. Lot of Mosquitos near the parking area. Terrible experience overall. Customer support not responsive.
Tanmay Ktook an hour and a half to finally get my truck. Noone was at location, so I was having to remotely check out the truck. Employee had no idea how to help me check out. Would NEVER deal with this location again... Also, entered incorrect truck number.
Joseph KNo one was present. There was no drop box for the keys so the key was slipped under the office door. Hopefully they will find it. I would not rent or return at this location again
