Got wrong Passcode and spent 1 hr and then received the right code from customer support. Lot of Mosquitos near the parking area. Terrible experience overall. Customer support not responsive.

took an hour and a half to finally get my truck. Noone was at location, so I was having to remotely check out the truck. Employee had no idea how to help me check out. Would NEVER deal with this location again... Also, entered incorrect truck number.
Joseph KNo one was present. There was no drop box for the keys so the key was slipped under the office door. Hopefully they will find it. I would not rent or return at this location again
Jerry FThis site isn't marked from the road, which is needed given its in the back of a 2 tower office complex.My uber had to circle twice to find it. Secondly, its a remote check in location, which is a horrible idea. I didn't get the link to check in until I arrived, so I had to stand outside in 100 degree heat to try and upload my license and credit card??? No sir! I was suppose to have an appliance dolly, but was only provided a furniture dolly. Thankfully there was some one there to help process and get this resolved.
