Although the lady I talked to on the phone was kind. My truck that I rented was extremely dirty and had some type of oil on the ground. This made it super slippery and in fact STAINED some of my things. I didn’t realized until moving and was able to place blankets down. BUT this was still a hazard as the people helping me move, their shoes were slippery and this caused issues going up and down the ramp with my items. Also, the inside of the seating areas was not clean. My father who helped me move mentioned that a bolt for the dolly was even missing and he had hoped it wouldn’t completely snap off and onto my things. Overall, the process to obtain the vehicle was smooth but I wouldn’t ever use this location again unfortunately.

Location was very hard to find and needs signage - would never be able to tell it was a UHaul location
Southern WThe website is really slow and cell service is not strong at this location which makes virtual pickup difficult. We booked our pickup time specifically during business hours so that we would be able to have a in person pickup. We wanted to do this to avoid issues with the online system and not having an attendant nearby to help. Yet, the office called us a few hours before our pickup time saying we would have to do a virtual pick up. When I asked why, they said it was because they decided to close their office early that day. Then, when it came time to pick up the truck, it took us an hour and 15 minutes to get the truck checked out because of the online system being slow. Thankfully we were able to get in touch with someone over the phone for help, but it was a bit of a pain to have to do this the way we did when we specifically were trying to avoid checking a truck out virtually. U-haul rentals are just easier when in person check in/out is available. On the positive side, they were accommodating to allow us to extend our rental when we needed it. Also, as mentioned despite our issues we were able to get in touch with someone over the phone. Overall, the experience was not the best but it got the job done.
Kelsie AThis location was changed automatically, I did not choose it. I would like to have a person assist me. I had issues uploading pictures during check-in, and the check-out process was not available when I returned the truck. The fuel level was also recorded inaccurately. It showed 1/8, but I was charged as if it were empty.
Israel PTruck had busted mirror and few dents and scratches not marked and worst of all was the truck smelled like sewer and made me Puke(vomit) several times. Let’s not forget to mention very low on fuel. Trash all around and n area where truck’s were parked.
