DAVID HThe guy working the counter was pretty good except he would not allow me to enter the building without wearing a mask which I found odd, even the hospital doesn’t require them. Not even given the choice to just stay distant. I wouldn’t even have been allowed to enter without one. Really weird experience there, he seemed very uncomfortable about the situation even though I complied with the mask “policy”. Won’t be returning but the trailer was fine
COLIN DThe online check in process could do with some efficiencies. Having to answer almost all the same questions when picking up that I did when I booked the reservation was frustrating and made the process more onerous, especially since the location has terrible cell service.
