I believe the man at the front desk should be highly recognized and rewarded for his impeccable service. He is extremely outgoing, kind and makes the expiernce a great one filled with laughs. Makes me want to rent another trailer. Great customer service like his is hard to come by nowadays. His great attitude and helpfulness throughout the process made it go smoothly and very easy. Please see that this review makes it to the right person, because this man is absolutely knocking it out of the park for uhaul. (Service writer for my contract)

I didn't get his name, but the gentleman who helped me was excellent. Any time I need a uhaul I will drive the extra for this location now.
DANIEL EThey claimed they had given us a dollie when they didn't and couldn't show proof. They charged us and now we're disputing it with our credit card company. You should have a check list and walk it with the customer.
