I had to clean the truck, floor covered in grass clippings. The cloud of cigarette smoke in the office was almost as bad as the stench of cigarettes in the cab of the truck. No smoking signs removed from truck, obviously that battle was lost long before I got it. Office staff was pleasant and efficient.
