Terrible! Uhual corporate confirmed this was a night drop location before we even picked the truck up. It was NOT! The gate was locked - it was over 45 mins before luckily someone came to their storage locker and opened the gate code. No key drop - lighting was terrible! We put extra gas in the tank and these assholes still charged me 14.95 (4 gallons). Now they won't answer the phone. Im disputing the charge and will be calling uhual corporate as well.

The lady in front office was pleasant and helpful, however, the equipment was located at a different location (non-uhaul) where you had to unlock a gate and find the equipment. Was a confusing procss.
Jessi LI wasn’t provided a dolly I needed. It took 45 min to do a simple pick up of the vehicle and I was unable to do online as I requested.
