Mark GDidn’t charge me until 11 days after check in that’s bullshit
JOHN DAlthough overall the location was good, Uhaul changed my pick up location and then didn’t have the hand truck I ordered. Customer service said it would be there even though my location was moved, but it wasn’t. This made my move more difficult.
