I didn't want to say the equipment was dirty, but, it was rusty. But, the biggest complaint was the location. They are very disorganized and where not open at 9am. When they did finally get there, about 9:20, we had to wait another 20 minutes because an 18 wheeler was blocking the trailer, then he couldn't get the app to work, although I had done everything the night before. We finally got to hook up about 9:48am. On return, we got to the location, saw no one.. but a large dog. He was sweet, but still, could have been violent. Did the drop off, uploaded pictures and left. Only one way in and one way out. Was not impressed.

American Scrap Metal had a single truck, I had to walk through the mud to get to the truck. I would not have been comfortable had i been alone. The gentleman was helpful but the site was poor
