I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent U-Haul rental experience. While the equipment successfully transported my belongings, the vehicle provided did not align with my needs. Specifically, I reserved a U-Haul '9 van for a 24-hour period, but returned it early. Despite this, I was charged for the full 24 hours. This experience has led me to reconsider future utilization of U-Haul services.

Accuracy. They printed out a contract showing the truck had a full tank of fuel. It only has 3/4 of fuel. I told the guy there, he came and took a look and said ok. The contract was never adjusted. I took pictures and I returned the truck with 3/4 of fuel. Secondly, they printed out a receipt saying the truck was brought back under 3/4 of fuel. I took pictures of the fuel gauge before and after. I’ve never experienced this with U-haul except for this particular location I’ll never rent there again.
