Staff and team was amazing.
Jay BEvery time I but in a search website gives me a site 50 miles away so I have to put in the town next to me for site to give me the closest U-Haul. This hasn’t changed in 12 years.
Duane CEven though it was a 24 hour drop off location, I waited until they should have been open to drop the trailer. There was no one available. I left the trailer praying that I would get credited for dropping it off on time. Another customer was there who was scheduled to pick-up and a truck and there was no one there to help him. He wasn't able to reach anyone by phone either.
