Needed a 26’ truck to move my entire house and that’s what my reservation was for. When I went to pick it up, it wasn’t there. I called customer service and the only thing they could offer me was a 15’ truck. This wasn’t big enough for all of the stuff I had but I had no other choice. So my plan on making one trip turned into making 3.
