How U-Haul Reviews Workwhen you know it is rented than pull It to the front or clean the lot so we don't have to walk in trash/mud/high grass Also have someone at the counter that knows what they are doing. If I would have been by myself I would not have been able to pull it around and there was no one their to help
Elle DNeeded a 26’ truck to move my entire house and that’s what my reservation was for. When I went to pick it up, it wasn’t there. I called customer service and the only thing they could offer me was a 15’ truck. This wasn’t big enough for all of the stuff I had but I had no other choice. So my plan on making one trip turned into making 3.
