This location was very helpful over the phone. However, the U-haul app is problematic. I had to call customer service and this location several times to confirm my reservation, and to get my payment taken care of with the correct payment method. I would not recommend to anyone, to use the app. It did not give me the information I needed, nor would it let me change my method of payment. Although, it showed in the app it was changed, it did not change in the system, causing an over credit limit fee on my credit account.
Deborah MThe staff was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, they did not put the car tow lever on a wooden block to help ease the hook up. I had to lift it in other to hook it to my car.
