My card number was used in their store by someone for 45 + . Confronted owner he said it not them this required opening a new account card etc.

Rude and not helpful

Dale BThe drop-off location was convenient, and the staff was polite, which I appreciated. However, the process felt a bit disorganized. It would have been more efficient if they had gathered the required information themselves instead of having me handle it. I also wish U-Haul provided reimbursements for unused days or mileage—it feels like a missed opportunity to offer better customer service. Overall, while the location was convenient and the staff courteous, the experience could benefit from better organization and customer-friendly policies.
