The mobile pickup was confusing for a first timer, but the representative on the phone was fabulous. Talked me through the process and was very patient. Made sure everything was in order before ending the conversation.
Donald WCustomer service was very poor. We couldn't get our online check in to work, so we went inside. The lady at the desk informed us that she would probably be even slower and she has no idea what she's doing. She sent us a link for pictures of our licenses over 10 times. We were inside for 30 minutes and over an hour late for our U-Haul reservation.
