The app wasn't specific enough about where the bar code was to scan once we arrived. We had to find it. Please update the mobile pick up instructions to include where to find the location bar code. Also not anyone's fault but I was unable to return the truck keys in lockbox 3 because it was frozen shut. Luckily there was an orange key lockbox below the pick up lock boxes to return the key.
