Friendly guys at the counter. Vehicle was available. The attendant went over the vehicle with me and was very friendly and asked questions to make sure I understood what he was explaining. Very good team overall. Highly recommend to anyone in the Huntsville area.

The whole process was super easy, reserving, pick up and dropping off. I used the trailer in a local street festival parade to promote domestic violence awareness and uhaul got some free publicity. Win! Win!

My location for pick up was changed 20 minutes before my pick up time. When dropping the uhaul back off, the representative was very rude. The gas was touching the quarter of a tank line, but she very rudely told us we had to go add more so she wouldn't charge us. Not very happy with my experience.

Stop sending me emails about owing. You cannot automaticly Bill my debit or credit. You don’t have my authority to do so

In form you’re customers that when you extend a reservation for extra dat or 2 the rental price doubles . I think This is a poor practice , a kid den fee .

I had several issues with this rental: 1. I reserved a 10' truck but was told on arrival that I would be getting a 15' truck. Several 10' trucks sat in the parking lot, but I wasn't given one of them, despite my pleas, since it was a one-way rental. This negatively impacted my long drive in a few ways, even though U-Haul insisted it was an upgrade. I neither wanted nor needed a 15' truck, had to navigate the larger truck from Huntsville, AL through the Smokey Mountains to my final destination of Chapel Hill, NC, and had to pay much more for gas. No 10' was available in the Huntsville area for my rental; I called customer service to double check and was told that the 15' truck was my only option. 2. Given no other choice and the need to get my daughter moved back to college, I walked with the UHaul employee to a 15' truck. When we got there, he removed the lock from the rear cargo area. He informed me that no lock is provided for one-way rentals. So I was left to go buy one for myself at the last minute while my daughter packed the truck. 3. The truck cab was dirty. Dirty floors. Sticky cup holders with crumbs. It obviously hadn't been cleaned. 4. About two weeks after returning the truck, I received an email that I would be charged for two citations issued while I was driving the truck, plus an administrative fee. Yet, I went through zero toll roads while in the truck. And when I clicked each citation link for more info, I was taken to a blank page. I had to take time to dispute the claim, even though it had no merit. All in all, this rental was bad from start to finish and even afterward. Whether due to company policy or local rental locations, UHaul made a difficult move even more unpleasant (15' truck instead of 10' and attempt to collect money for bogus citations) and expensive (extra gas + lock).

Staff was to busy with rental customers, to help with a return.
