The location representatives were not very helpful. They were acceptable but not anything more. The trailer did not have the connection for the lights to match newer model trucks and when I asked for one the representative laughed and told me to try Walmart. The lights on the trailer we also intermittently operating. It appears as if there is a short in the wiring. All in all, this was an acceptable experience but nothing noteworthy.

Returned the equipment and was giving a gareente that all was OK! No printed receipt, was told to check email! Receipt was never emailed. 15 days later getting emails from Uhaul.com that equipment was never turned in and out was gonna be charged with theft! This caused my PTSD and anxiety to go through the roof!
George BThe truck I requested two days before pickup was NOT there. I was assured it would be. Called service number a lady named Amanda helped but I received the next larger truck and it was harder to load and ti get in position. Also cost more to rent. Went to three different locations before getting that truck. I promise we won't be back.
Gary JThis location is a combination of a gas station on one counter, a liquor store on the other counter, a bait shop next door, and a uHaul ran on a cell phone. Only one guy runs the whole thing, so your check in for uHaul means interrupted every couple minutes while another redneck buys beer at 7 in the morning. No assistance with trailer hookup, the guy is far too busy. Trailer lights were sporadic, door on truck get stuck in the open position, vehicle smelled like smoke and there was dog / cat hair *everywhere* in the cab.
