In all fairness the location was great but the U haul app / website was not working. I turned the truck in early- but couldn’t reach anyone to confirm my return. Truck was great- experience using it was not ideal at pick up and drop off.

I used the iPhone app to check in and check out. The built in mal has an incorrect location saved. When I arrived the app told me I was in the wrong place and wouldn’t let me continue. I had to drive down the road to where the app thought the equipment was and then I could check in. Once I got the keys I found the bar code, but I didn’t expect the barcode to be way in the back by the self storage. Please fix the GPS location!
