Best customer service from any of the Uhaul locations I have worked with. Ken goes way beyond what anyone could ask for. In the winter Ken stores the trailers inside so when you arrive all nice and clean. He also helps hooking up just out of courtesy. He will call personally to give you heads up if their could be a potential delay. As a business owner who sells electric vehicles to first responders this is a big deal to me and my customers. We provide training to first responders and scheduling 5 officers for the same day, is a huge task for my clients. I CANNOT miss a scheduled training day. I know Ken has my back. HENRY-FRANK SThe firs drop off location at 4031 Stouffville road Ontario L4A7X5 . a person from this location called me to cancel the drop off after 5 minutes of me getting the trailer , very very rude and absolutely unpleasant. Definitely should not be allowed to talk or deal with public.
