Very dysfunctional. Great people with huge heart to serve but apparently still learning how to deliver. They delivered my contract late with the wrong return site which increased my miles. They promised repeatedly to have the money for the extra miles refunded but never did—and in the end never returned calls or texts.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWas a new small business that wasn't yet established, and had to pick up the U-Haul behind their building, in a creepy backyard, but the couple who owned the business were very nice and helpful.
