The lock box for the 15’ foot didn’t work. I had to settle for a van which resulted in several trips. The money I paid for the 15’ took days to be refunded. The place with the van charged me 100+ for a dolly that was “ missing” which they never gave me. So I had to wait days for that additional 100+ to be refunded as well…

KIMBERLY CThe only negative that I have from pickup location is that it was very disorganized in placement of rental. Too much extraneous stuff located in area.(ie…jump bounce house inflated, various equipment, personal vehicles)

SHERREE HWe pulled up in front of the business and an employee came right out. We were directed to drive behind the fence and where to back the trailer. This gentleman unhooked everything and dropped the trailer. He took a quick look at the trailer and told us to have a good day. Very helpful , quick and friendly.
