I chose this location because it had a front counter checkout option, as I didn't want to deal with the app. When i arrived, the employees stated that they didn't have anything to do with the uhaul trucks, and it it was exclusively on the app. I then tried to proceed with the checkout process via the app. It wouldn't go through, because i had set it to counter pickup. I then had to call customer service to get the code. Customer service didn't have the correct code. So we had to go through all the generic codes they had. This cost me over an hour of time to do. The return process was very similar. I couldn't check the truck back in voa the app. O had to email photos to a customer service rep.

No one helped us and very rude
MARY JIt took over 25 mins for the rep to do the verification after I arrived at the U-Haul. The website wouldn’t let me add contacts saying their numbers were on the reservation, and they weren’t. The U-Haul wasn’t cleaned.
