As far as the employees, rude and they don't know what they are doing. I delt with 2 employees when I picked up the trailer and one didn't know what he was doing and the other one was rude, same with when I dropped off the trailer.
GREGORY MThe customer service person had no idea what he was doing, the trailer lights had a short and didnt work correctly and the weather stripping around the door was in need or replacement. It didnt seal and it made the door extremely hard to open and close.
DUSTIN LPicked up trailer and told the tire needed air so I went and got it filled. Within 2 hours, tire was flat. Called Pats , being as I had issues with tire at pickup, and told them the tire was flat and needed to be replaced, They informed me it wasn’t there problem and to call roadside assistance. Had to wait almost 2,5 hours to get tire fixed, greatly affecting my departure from the area
