I had serious issues trying to pick up a truck on my original reservation at Reno County Storage on East 17th Avenue. No one was available to talk to on premises or answer the phone when I tried to call. After calling the 1-877 number the person I spoke to transferred my reservation to Titan Home across town. What a pleasant change in ease of getting the equipment and reservation handled in a quick manner. The "Chaos Coordinator" as she calls herself there was fantastic!
