Budget Rentals location is reason we utilized this location as they didn't get our Reserved smaller truck costing us an hour plus a larger truck and fuel expense. Uhaul did honor lower priced truck but nothing for inconvenience.

"guaranteed" 15' truck not available as previous user did not bring it back. But a 26' truck was available for my 200 yard move of a two bedroom apartment for "only a few dollars more".... Not much of a guarantee is it?
