the employees did not know what they were doing. i had to wait forever to get rental and when he put the trailer on my car he scratched my bumper. also the way he had hooked the trailer on was not secure. i understand not knowing how to do something, but you need to ask for help if you don’t know!

Shelley SThere's always was issues anytime I try to rent a U-Haul from this place nothing on my end but on their end. And then it had said I had a one-way rental for the dolly but when I got there to ask a few more questions before picked up they said it wasn't available for a one-way move so customer service took care of that but again it's just like something else of that location you know
