Staff moves so slowwwwe with now sense of urgency or care for customer time. The sales associate that completed my contract was great but the rest of the staff didn't want to be bothered upon my return of the equipment or when I asked for help. There was no clear process for picking up or returning trailers, more of a figure it out approach. Clearly a lack of space /security planning at this location as well.

Truck was worn out; steering especially. Had to wait over an hour to pick up the vehicle despite reserving online the day before. Staff were nice but didn't seem concerned about the long wait the customers were experiencing.

The service counter is too slow for the traffic that comes to this center. They need to have more employees to check people in & out. It took 45 mins to get a truck, and after dropping it off around 6:30pm, the truck wasn't checked-in until almost 24 hours later.

When I arrived the auto transporter was not there. So they tried to send me to another location. I ended up getting a car dolley. Which didn't help because I already have one. This transaction has been the last straw for me. This has happened 2X in the last 3 months.

Re well-maintained vehicle: in general, yes, but the roof leaked during rain resulting in a mattress and pictures/posters getting wet. I was told a claim was submitted by employees at the location

The service was poor at best. There was a line out the door and only a couple of people actually helping customers. Trucks that were being returned were left in the middle of the parking lot and we had to maneuver around. Although the location was extremely convenient, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Have employees outside to check in vehicles when they are returned, as your signage states. DO NOT OVERCHARGE customers because Uhaul failed to fulfill their duties (see sentence #1). Respond to all phone calls in 1-2 business days.

I'm not sure if it's the staff or the customers but we were here so long we ended up having less people to help us move because it took so long to get the truck in the first place. Way too much time spent at the counter for each customer. Frederick location should train Chillum road location

Vehicle was not serviced or maintained. It needed an oil change, the airbag sensor light was on, and the tire pressure was low.

Worst experience we've ever had with uhaul. Reserved a trailer in plenty of time for a one way rental. Friday morning before the Saturday morning scheduled pickup received a call to confirm. Friday evening received a call that there was a maintenance issue with the trailer. A light was out. They assured me it would be ready by the 7am pickup time but asked that i call first to confirm the equipment was ready. Called at 9 am and was told the trailer was ready. Upon arriving at the location was informed light still wasnt fixed. Waited 40 minutes to be told we would have to go to a location farther away. Arrived at the second location and waited for customer service. Employee hooked trailer up and instructed us to go back in the store to complete paperwork. Waited in line about an hour and 15 minutes while customers in line behind us grew impatient. Upon approaching the counter was told "you didnt have to wait in line". Horrible attitudes and very poor customer service. No management in sight. Won't ever use this location again and will definitelt consider options other than uhaul.

The was a software issue that delayed the process and produced long wait time, but there was on female email that was just rude and soured the whole experience. She made me made just waiting in line and hoping she wouldn't wait on me. The gentleman working were pleasant.
