The vehicle pick up was good but the vehicle return service was terrible. The representative was a young female with long fingernails told me when I was returning the vehicle to leave the key in the vehicle and park it under the green tent. She didn't offer to go over the charges that was going to be billed to my credit card. Poor customer service.

Like mentioned above, when I got the truck, the metal rods were in the truck. When the guy who intook me at drop-off surveyed the truck, he found the rods and asked if they were mine. I said they were there when I picked up. He scoffed and replied, "I'm having a hard time believing that." Very rude. I don't have to explain myself for something I didn't do.

I felt like there was some pressure on me when taking the truck and your insurance policies. Customers should feel more at ease...the staff at Chillum road were nice and cool

Customer service was good except when i rental the truck...representative/ or the person who help me did not take me out to c the truck...hed just said just the gas & the mile to c if it matches wirh ur contract. He should have came out with me to the truck...customer sevice would have been except this had happen

Hello! I am a corporate customer, and having a very frustrating experience with the corporate office. Even when I drive 5 miles, I am automatically charged the full 75 mile day rate (which is a more expensive way to bill). I always have to follow up, and even when I do, I do not receive a new receipt that shows the updated way of calculating the bill (by the mile rather than day rate). This is very frustrating because I need correct invoices/receipts for our business. If you all could fix this gap it would be MUCH appreciated.

I got charged $45 dollars for gas when I had refueled the truck with the appropriate gas it was provided with. The contract was made wrong and the gas was put half way when in reality it only had a quarter tank. Now I’m left waiting 3-7 business days for a refund. And on top of that I was charged twice two different amounts.

Please have more customer representatives available during the weekend hours. The line is consistently long because there are only 1 or 2 representatives working the desk and getting equipment.

I was given a truck that did not have full tire pressure, even though there were a line of other truck available. The attendant even knew that the truck had low tire pressure and the tire pressure light on the dash board was on. After returning the truck (by parking it behind a line of other trucks waiting to be checked in and handing in my keys without anyone checking the truck), I was over charged for mileage and for not returning the truck with the same amount of gas (which I did; I had literally just driven from the gas stations across the street). Is this what you call service? I will not be using U-Haul in the future

Personnel should let customers know ahead of time that when dropping off the truck after hours, they should sign off online aswel while still at the location because online will ask for the location.

I made sure that the gas was as close as possible to what it was when I took the truck - I got it at 1/2 tank.... I returned it literally a notch below 1/2 and they charged me $16...... Really? It took $16 to get MAYBE $3 gallons of gas??? Just ridiculous

The gas tank was not half filled when we pick up the truck, we end up adding $20 for gas, which we should response for less, but all the other things are very good.

Everyone in the store was GHETTO and rude. When I dropped the truck off, the dark skinned woman behind the counter was annoying and ghetto. When she approached me for my receipt, she said "Ay your receipt is ready though". That evening staff were just as lazy and unfriendly as the morning staff. Both shifts complained about responsibilities and their shift schedules; all for the customers to hear. The store did not charge me correctly so they went back in and charged me an additional fee which I called the store and got transferred around multiple times, yelled at by someone ignorant in reservations and hung up on in customer service. The truck smelled like piss and every time I had to get in and turn the truck on, it was a struggle to turn the key. It would have been nice if the morning staff offered help or asked if I had any questions about the truck so I wouldn't had such a hard time using it. Will NOT be using this location or even the company ever again..
